Sonicare "feng tau" Elite Pro - Good choice!

Went to my dental appointment for checkup and cleaning. I actually skipped the 6-month checkup for 2 times already (means skipped 12 months already). The dental office finally tracked me down to ask me in for the annual x-ray, checkup, and cleaning thingy. Well, thanks to the insurance to save me some $$ here...

After all the process, dentist said "Your teeth is good. People at your age mostly with gum problem. Keep up the good work." Besides some coffee stain, overall I am fine :).

I think, I need to thank to Mr Namsa to get me the Sonicare toothbrush deal. I have been using this toothbrush for almost 3 years years now. After using this, I really see the improvement. Before using this, I would always have coffee stain few months after the dental cleaning. Now, almost nothing!

Wowser.... I called this "Sonicare feng tau toothbrush", good choice!
Note: Feng tau(cantonese) - rocker head bang

Greetings from Boston

I am having different time zone jet lag! Can't sleep at night (EST time) and need to wake up early in the morning (equals to early early morning PST time).
Landed in Boston yesterday 4.30pm. Drove to Connecticut (Connect I Cut) for meeting and stayed one night there. Meeting place is at Mohegan Sun. I thought it was a hotel name or something, but it is actually the Indian Reserved area! Wowser, I mean the Native Indian, not the India Indian :P.
Today drove back to Boston, met up with coworkers (who are here for other conference) and had some dinner at company cost wahahahha....
Need to write report now, and time to sleep too... need to catch the flight tomorrow early morning again!!!

I passed :)

Hey friends, happy today... want to share something here (or show off??) . I passed the M1 test :).

Ok, now... get ready to get a 50cc motorized scooter. Anyone to sponsor me a full face helmet? I think it is quite cool to ride with that hehehehe....

Something I have not done for a while...

Received an email from JY asking that "... how many things do you participate actually?" Interesting, I do have a lot... why? simply because I like it and enjoy doing it during each time.

Talking about this, I started to gather my mind and look for something I have not done for a while.

1) DivingI no longer have this Bruce-Lee-cut-type of body anymore... :(...
Talking about Bruce Lee, what is his favorite drink??? answer is Wataaaaa......!!!! (hahahha... okok, enough entertaining myself)
To KH and Jeff, should we go dive this summer???

2) Dragonboating (www.dragonwarriors.org)
Dragon Warriors is the largest dragonboat team in the bayarea. Dora-my excoworker, who brought me to the team in 02. What a splashing experience I have with them. I was there 02-04. It has been 2 years since I last paddled on a dragonboat. Moving farther and farther away from SF area + time consuming + high gas price+work+ ... I have to let it go. I miss that still.... maybe I should form a dboat team in southbay here :).

JY, I will let you know when I think of something else :)...

Another good golf game with good friends

Have you seen my ball :)?
My ball on the green...

I have not been to a 18-hole golf game with friends a while ago. I did one last weekend, a few after thoughts:
- Relax, play happily.
- Swing with the right tempo/rhythm.
- Be judgemental on courses.
- Not about what you missed on this stroke, but what you can do on the next stroke.
- Take advices.
- Enjoy the green.

Course information:
Summitpointe Golf Course
Blue 70.9/125, 6331 yrds
White 69.7/122, 6063 yrds
Red 70.6/121, 5496 yrds
Summer weekend rate: $63 (cart included).
Hilly courses with slopes, not too narrow fairways, a bit windy, nice view.

Nice view from the top... to see the east bayarea (aka silicon valley).

Check out some FEW million dollars houses (or should I say mansion) on the hill top.

I am happy, most importantly, being able to enjoy a golf game with friends, priceless.
